Total are thirteen vitamins that are categorized into two subgroups, naturally, the body produces two vitamins (vitamin D, vitamin K) without depending on others and for remaining others have to be dependent on a variety of foods because one food does not contain all vitamins. that is why it’s must to consumed a variety of diet and supplements for the healthy nourishing body. Vitamins function with a group, to grow and make workable cells.

Bodywork in good condition without any interruption with the help of vitamins. each vitamin has its importance, if a deficiency occurs of any vitamin in the body, then that can be caused health issue in the body. For maintaining a healthy life, to be needed to consume food like green vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, types of grains, dairy products, etc.

Vitamin A plays a crucial role to form strong teeth, bones, mucous membranes, skin and tissues. It makes a strong immunity system of the body and improves eyesight. Lack of vitamin A caused disease blindness, (xerophthalmia).

Vitamin B helps to fit nerves and skin, it is used to curtail the high level of cholesterol. it Produces sufficient required RBC in the body. deficiency of vitamin B can cause of weakening body, nausea, fatigue, as well dermatitis.

Vitamin B1 carbohydrates transfer into energy, and it plays a crucial role in the duration of pregnancy for breastfeeding.

Vitamin B2 plays a role in developing body growth with the help of other vitamins in group B.

Vitamin B6 use for brain function as well as red blood cells. This vitamin creates chemical reactions in the body with mixing in protein.

Vitamin B12 is used to develop the nervous system and red blood cells, it helps to maintain proper digestion system.

Biotin function for digestion of protein and carbohydrates, it also helps to forms hormones as well as cholesterol.

Pantothenic acid functions to develop hormones, as well as cholesterol and, are also essential for food’s metabolism.

Carnitine transfer fatty acids into energy.

Choline works for smooth function of the nervous system and brain. Deficiency of choline may lead to swelling over the liver.

Vitamin C function to cure the wound, it absorbs iron and grows strong teeth as well gums. Shortage of vitamin C could lead to osteoporosis.

Vitamin D helps to maintain sufficient blood level of phosphorus and calcium, the body needs sufficient vitamin D and sun is the prime source of that, for balancing its deficiency needed to take sunshine at least for ten minutes in a couple of days. Required vitamin D can be supplied to the body through food which is not enough. Deficiency of vitamin D can lead to weak and brittle bones (osteoporosis).

Vitamin E is identified as tocopherol. Red blood cells are formed by the use of vitamin E with using vitamin K. the deficiency of this vitamin can cause neuropathy and make work less red blood cells.

Vitamin K functions for making strong bones and to stick together. The deficiency of vitamin K could cause internal Clot and bleeding.
