American Health Association has given guideline that 20 years or above to be checked their cholesterol in four to five years. If someone has a history of high cholesterol or diseases belongs to cardiovascular. Some people have claimed that nutritional supplements and herbal have an effective benefit over this disease.

Without treatment, a high level of cholesterol can lead to high risk of health issues and death too, but doing treatment on any health problems can support to manage any kind of difficulties related to health complications.
